How We Work

Our foundation is in our integrity, our fuel is our passion for what we do, our security is in our legal accountability, and our effectiveness lies in our legal and other management procedures.
All our work draws its inspiration from our TUNE Model. We work with young people on project cycle bases.

A typical project cycle is:
ideas->funds->people->delivery->evaluation and training of the new trainers->new ideas->new funds etc.

We aim to stay with a group of young people until they are being tuned within themselves and the world around them. Some of them, if they wish so, may be trained in delivering TUNE Model themselves. We support their wishes to form their TUNE Groups that will further tune others.
